Recently, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued the "Notice on Deepening the Reform of Cross-border Investment and Financing Foreign Exchange Management", clarifying the policy orientation of expanding high-level opening-up and improving cross-border investment and financing facilitation. As an innovative ecological incubator deeply involved in the global industrial track, Track China quickly responded to policy deployments, upgraded the cross-border investment service system, and built a trinity service model of "resource docking + risk avoidance + efficiency improvement", injecting new momentum into the efficient allocation of global industrial resources.
In response to this reform, Track China relies on the overall planning capabilities of its Beijing headquarters and the location advantages of its overseas headquarters in Hong Kong to build a "cross-border investment facilitation channel", and cooperate with foreign exchange professional institutions to provide enterprises with customized services such as exchange rate risk management and capital settlement optimization, helping small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and technology companies reduce overseas financing costs. At the same time, Track China released the "Cross-border Industrial Investment KE Evaluation Report (2025)", focusing on key markets in the RCEP region and along the "Belt and Road", sorting out more than 120 high-quality investment projects in new energy, high-end manufacturing and other fields, and promoting the precise docking of domestic industrial chain leaders with overseas technical teams and local capital.
In the future, Track China will continue to deepen the innovation of cross-border investment and financing services, combine the requirements of the "15th Five-Year Plan" to "promote high-level opening up", establish a dynamic monitoring mechanism for cross-border investment projects, and cooperate with financial institutions to develop cross-border financial products that meet the needs of the industry.
