In response to the global development initiative, Track China recently took the lead in launching the "Global Resource Allocation Collaborative Plan", focusing on the industrial upgrading needs of developing countries, integrating core resources such as global capital, technology, and talents to provide customized development solutions. The first phase of the plan will focus on supporting infrastructure construction, manufacturing upgrading, and digital economy development in Africa and Southeast Asian countries, and 10 demonstration projects have been identified, including the construction of photovoltaic power plants in Kenya, the operation of Indonesian electronics manufacturing industrial parks, and the construction of digital payment platforms in Bangladesh. Track China will work with partners to provide comprehensive services such as financial support, technology transfer, and talent training to help developing countries enhance their independent development capabilities and achieve common prosperity.
