In response to the compliance needs of global cross-border data flow, Track China recently signed cross-border data security cooperation agreements with a number of technology companies in Southeast Asia to jointly build a "data security circulation ecosystem". The content of the cooperation includes: jointly formulating cross-border data security compliance standards and adapting to regional data governance rules such as RCEP and ASEAN; build an encrypted data transmission platform to achieve "available and invisible" data; Establish a data security risk assessment mechanism to provide enterprises with full-process compliance consulting services. This cooperation will break down regional data circulation barriers, help enterprises maximize the value of data under the premise of compliance, and promote the high-quality development of cross-border cooperation in the digital economy.
