Agreement Signed for China-South Korea Cooperative Semiconductor Tape Manufacturing Project

On October 25, Anhui Hangrui Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., Chizhou Kecheng New Material Development Co., Ltd., and South Korea’s GHM Company formally signed the Joint Venture Company Agreement and Technology Cooperation Agreement at the Administrative Committee of Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The three parties will join hands to establish a China-South Korea joint venture company in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, jointly advancing the semiconductor tape manufacturing project.

According to the agreement, the three parties will give full play to their respective advantages to jointly promote the implementation and development of the semiconductor tape manufacturing project. Anhui Hangrui Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Chizhou Kecheng New Material Development Co., Ltd. have rich experience in integrating local industrial resources and expanding market channels, while South Korea’s GHM Company possesses advanced semiconductor electronic tape production technology and R&D capabilities. Through this strong alliance, the three parties are expected to achieve dual success in technological breakthroughs and market expansion in the field of semiconductor electronic tape.

In the future, the joint venture company will take the semiconductor tape manufacturing project as a starting point, continuously deepen technological innovation and market expansion, inject new impetus into the economic development of the industrial park, and is expected to attract more South Korean enterprises to pay attention to Chizhou and invest in Chizhou, jointly creating a new situation for China-South Korea industrial cooperation.
