End-to-End Services for Factory Establishment in Southeast Asia
In 2025, end-to-end services for factory establishment in Southeast Asia were provided to domestic new energy vehicle (NEV) manufacturers. These services covered Thailand market policy research, local partner connection, and supply chain integration. With support from these services, the manufacturer successfully established a vehicle assembly plant with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units in Rayong Province. Currently, the factory construction has been completed; it is expected to officially start production in Q4 2025 and drive approximately 2,000 local jobs annually.

China-Latin America New Energy Technology Talent Training Program
In collaboration with Argentina’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, the "China-Latin America (China-LA) New Energy Technology Talent Training Program" was launched. In 2025, 50 talents from Argentina’s power industry were selected to participate in practical training at domestic photovoltaic and energy storage enterprises. After the training, 20 of these talents were facilitated to sign employment agreements with the overseas branches of domestic enterprises. Meanwhile, the program promoted the application and popularization of China’s new energy technologies in the South American market.

High-End Equipment Manufacturing Zone
At the 2025 China-ASEAN Expo, a "High-End Equipment Manufacturing Zone" was set up. A total of 22 domestic enterprises engaged in aerospace components and intelligent robots were organized to participate in the exhibition. Ten cooperation agreements were reached with manufacturing enterprises from Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and Vietnam, with a total contracted amount exceeding 800 million yuan.
